Position Summary
The Department of Epidemiology at the Mailman School of Public Health is recruiting a a Casual researcher to work as a part of Dr. Martins’ research team and research projects. More specifically, we are seeking a casual researcher to assist with grant writing a P30 center grant proposal focusing on health equity and drug use outcomes. The casual researcher will be responsible for brief literature reviews, drafting sections of the proposal and editing sections written by the research team.
Responsibilities
Literature reviews (20%)
grant writing and editing (80%).
Minimum Qualifications
A MPHdegree and prior proposal drafting experience is required. We are searching for an applicant with great writing and editing skills.
The successful candidate must possess a high level of initiative, clear communication skills, and attention to detail in addition to a demonstrated ability to be flexible to the study’s evolving needs.
