POSITION DESCRIPTION

Springwell is seeking a new staff member to join our Senior Leadership Team. This unique position will have internal and external facing responsibilities including developing and overseeing new programs and strategic initiatives that advance the mission of Springwell, furthering agency outreach efforts and directly supervising staff.

To accomplish this work, you must:

  • be a creative and strategic thinker who understands the non-profit landscape and how this interacts with healthcare, housing and other business sectors
  • have the ability to present information and communicate clearly with key stakeholders, community partners and internal staff at all levels
  • have experience creating and executing new programs as well as developing a program evaluation framework that uses data to assess strengths and identifies areas for improvement
  • have excellent supervision skills and an understanding of social work concepts

QUALIFICATIONS

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A Master's Degree and at least 5 years' experience in human services.
  • At least 3 years' of program management experience, including using and analyzing data
  • At least 2 years' experience supervising employees
  • Experience developing new contracts and programs
  • Strong communication skills, including providing public presentations
  • A reliable car, current driver's license and safe driving record
