Job Description:
Johnson Brothers is hiring a Security Night Supervisor to join our team. This persons schedule will be flexible at times, but will mainly work 5pm-3am Monday-Wednesday and 2pm-12am Thursday.
Daily Activities:
- Review daily Security Activities
- Review Security Camera footage
- Develops Training and coach’s employees
- Completes disciplinary action
- Completes annual performance reviews
- Approves time off requests
- Investigate reports of any crime, safety violations and any additional requests by the Security Manager
- Follow check in procedures of visitors and contractors
- Randomly patrol the office areas
- Escort unwanted guests off the property
- Maintain Officer presence at the front desk
- Oversees all security team members
- Reports directly to the Security Manager
- Ensures each Security Officer understands, practices, policies, procedures and instructions.
You will Need to Have: (Skills AND Requirements)
- Must have a MN Permit to Carry a Pistol.
- Must be able to meet the MN standards for Protective Agents Shooting Qualification set by the State of MN
- Must be able to pass a FBI Background check and drug test
- Must have a valid MN Driver’s License
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree in law enforcement.
- Have experience in the Security or Law Enforcement field instead of a degree and some supervisory experience
