An Shift Leader/Manager is responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/her team to deliver great and friendly guest experiences, operational excellence and for helping to build profitable top line sales.

They are responsible for ensuring all operations of the restaurant run according to Dunkin’ standards, franchisee standards and in compliance with all applicable laws.

We have a robust training program that will prepare you to run your own shifts and potentially grow into running your own location! We comprehensively review all the skills, habits, and behaviors you will need to model in order to be successful as a dunkin' leader! We will be assessing both the hard and soft skills required to be successful at the completion of your training.

We will coach you along the way and help you develop your skills, but only you can ensure you are successful in the long run!

If selected to be given the opportunity to train as an Shift Leader/Manager it will follow the following process:

Week 1 and 2: Positional Skills

Week 3: Daily Operations

Week 4-5: Shift Controls

There are weekly evaluations all throughout the way to see how you are doing and custom tailor more focus where you need it! There is no beating the system- we will know at the end of your training whether or not you've got what it takes to be a team leader!

If offered a Shift Leader/Manager Position it is an 90day probationary training position:

We will train you to be successful However, being a leader isn't for everyone

If at any point during training we identify redflags in performance/behavior that are not indicative of a leader in our industry we will part ways and discontinue your training.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $14.13 - $15.50 per hour
