Job description

• We're hiring a Front Desk Agent for a night audit position, who is passionate about offering a high level of service to our guests. This position is from 11pm to 7am The Front Desk Agent will greet incoming guests, confirm guests' reservations and direct them to appropriate areas of the hotel. We expect candidates for this position to possess superior interpersonal and customer service skills, including a clear understanding of the value that guest service provides to the company.

Responsibilities:

• Check people into a hotel.
• Answer questions about in-house amenities.
• Answer questions about the local area.
• Direct customers to the appropriate hotel staff.
• Greet customers and answer questions.
• Handle a variety of customer problems.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
