Summary:

Over seeing the NCOT PMS to complete the timelines for new center office setup, including equipment and supplies. On-site for receiving and approval of equipment and supplies. Supporting Henry Schein in the installation and placement of equipment. Receiving and stocking all clinical and office supplies. On-site support for pre launch, go-live. Manage the vendor schedule for training and support. Work with the clinical affairs, compliance and operations teams to schedule and manage launch events.


Responsibilities:

  • Setting the center up from the point of construction competition to the center team being onsite for training
  • Knowledge of ClearChoice Best Practice and Protocols
  • Ability to utilize equipment within these clinical rooms
  • Work with NCOT Supply Chain Manager on supply and equipment ordering
  • Assist NCOT Supply Chain with receiving PO’s in coupa
  • Follow up with center on outstanding orders
  • Provide coverage for NCOT Site Manager in the event of overlap
  • Provide support for relocating centers
  • Provide support the weeks after launch prior to first surgery finishing up projects and ordering and returning of any supplies
  • Provide support and training as needed
  • Onsite support for Pre-Launch & Launch week
  • Assist with launch week and go live training
  • Set up surgery and prosth exam rooms and sterilization
  • Running errands and odds and end projects
  • Assist with setting up equipment
  • Completing expense reports accurately and meeting the due date
  • Operate computers and standard office type applications such as web browsers, word processors and Spreadsheet software application
  • Maintain only the highest degree of professionalism and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
  • Management of delivery schedule
  • Track and monitor inventory
  • Assist with returns
  • Assist with vendor relationships


Roles and tasks for expansions:

  • Oversee all aspects of multiple projects using planning, monitoring and controlling processes.
  • Manage day – to – day operational aspects of the project.
  • Upon receipt of the order and throughout the completion of the project, serve as the primary contact for the PM’s and Launch Team.
  • Coordinate communication between construction, launch, operations and onsite technicians.
  • Coordinate and facilitate all required field services as it pertains to equipment installations and start-ups.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of a project to team
  • Efficiently and competently manage problems.
  • Track and monitor the status of all deliverables.
  • Ensure documents are being submitted in accordance with compliance.
  • Work with subcontractors to ensure they have the information needed to make equipment installation successful.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • ClearChoice center experience, Operations and clinical preferred
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range DOE: 65,000 - 70,000
