We're looking for full-time employees to join our NEW 3-Day Workweek Program! Team members who enroll in this optional program will work 12-13 hour days for three days a week and be off 4 days each week. This is on a rotating schedule to ensure employees are off two weekends each month AND off 7-days a row each month (a week of vacation every month!). Have Chick-fil-A experience? As a Front of House (FOH) Team Member, you will welcome & greet guests, take and prepare customer orders in either the front counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! As a Back of House (BOH) Team Member, you will support the kitchen team, assemble food & drink orders quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know! You must have documents to verify employment capability through E-Verify to work at this location.
