NETWORK DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (REMOTE)

• Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as Project Coordinator for MCAs signed by Network Development and monitor handover with Operations & Construction & Client as needed.

• Track all MCA agreements signed and distributed by Legal, verify POP, hold for centre #s to be issued

• Track all Franchise agreements signed and distributed by MCA/Franchise team, verify centre # and distribute to team, including abstractor.

• Receive newly executed MCA (managed client agreements), ensure proof of payment and centre # assigned on Peoplesoft report weekly. Distribute via email

• Request COI for NCO & MCA agreements

• Copied on email from Legal approval for lease documents, check for any prepaid rent or LOC required at signature, send to accounting and cc: Donna

• Receive new executed leases, amendments, management agreements, ensure all documentation included & signatures (W-9 & LL contact info), ensure input into MP Projects. Once centre # issued, distribute via email

• Request LOC from treasury, gathering info from Legal and submitting on form

• Send Operations section of NCO & MCA agreements to email distribution

• Create TI Summary for new leases and amendment; send to Construction

• Validate all leases, amendments, letter agreements, commencement agreements, MCA and Franchise Agreements that have been input into MP by Manila

• Request NEW insurance certificates for NCO & MCAs. Receive changes to COIs from centres & landlords. Timely request changes from Marsh & verify accuracy. Upload COIs weekly to SharePoint TEAMS site for all centres. Annually upload new COIs. Work with UK Risk Manager on all insurance claims, providing lease docs, etc.

• Receive, validate, and distribute landlord, property manager or remittance changes (request add’l information like W-9, vendor form as needed) and distribute. Track new landlords on spreadsheet for Sr. Director.

• Supply Finance with list of all new amendments, leases received monthly, listing type of lease document and broker information

• Ensure all default notices, renewal option & termination option notices, estoppels, SNDA are uploaded into MP
