Job description

You will be in charge of transporting our members from their residences to their medical appointments and back.

This will be done in a company vehicle with all expenses paid by the company.

No lifting requirements (over 10lbs), No medical assistance provided.

No CDL required, We operate minivans (many of them wheelchair accessible)

We operate in Weber, Davis, Salt lake, and Tooele counties.

You will have the rewarding experience of serving our community by transporting the most vulnerable to their medical appointments, whether they are for dialysis, physical therapy, or doctors apts.

We have always stayed busy, and always have room for lots of overtime.

Clean driving record needed. (No more than 1 moving violation in the last 3 years)

Need to be able to pass a drug test, and a background check.

The job is paid as W2 employee with 40 hours of PTO available after 6 months of full time employment. and then it resets every 12 months.

Full time drivers can take the vehicle home. This means you get to leave to your route straight from home.

Pay is $15.00 per hour during the first 2 weeks of training. Then you will get a dollar raise for Ambulatory routes and can negotiate another dollar for wheelchair routes.

I am looking to fill positions ASAP in Weber, Davis, and Salt lake counties.

We also have the option of working with you as a contractor. You provide your vehicle and fuel expenses as a contractor. The pay is $25.00 per hour and ability to work 40-60 hours per week if desired. A minivan is needed for the $25.00 structure.
If you have a wheelchair accessible van the pay is $30.00 per hour.
