Qualifications

*2+ Years Experience directly supervising & leading a team of 2-4 people

*2+ Years Experience managing day-to-day retail operations such as scheduling, reporting, customer relationship management

*2+ Years Experience in hiring & training new team members

Summary of Experience
* 2+ Years of management experience in a retail store setting. (Experience in a service business, such restaurants, coffee shop, car service, and dry cleaning preferred)

Summary of Key Responsibilities and Required Knowledge

* Provide delightful, attentive and hospitable service to all customers
* Knowledge of customer service and hospitality techniques a major plus
* Ability to manage a team of 3-4 employees
* Organization and attention to detail
* Strong operational skills in a customer service environment
* Computer software proficiency required (Gmail Suite, Microsoft Office Suite)
* Team player/leader

*Spanish speaking is a major plus!
