Mobile Phone Sales Representative
Job description
Currently seeking out team members to join our growing sales team in the Laredo area! We specialize in teaching our team members the ins-and-outs of the latest technology products and services. No experience in tech is needed and we are hiring immediately!
Daily Duties:
- Handles wireless appointments and retail customer inquiries
- Work comfortably in a retail environment
- Provide information about wireless products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or other related fields.
- Ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
