Mobile Home Park Manager/Maintenance Person
Job description
We are looking to hire an on-site property manager/maintenance person for our Mobile Home Park. FREE RENT!
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Manage day-to-day operations of park
-Perform repairs/maintenance on mobile homes
-Daily inspection of premises and quarterly inspection of units
-Collect rent and make bank deposits
-Keep up with rent delinquencies and file evictions
-Accept applications for rentals and show available units
-Maintain an organized filing system and prepare weekly reports in a timely manner
Experience/Qualifications:
-Basic knowledge of how to copy/scan documents and send emails
-At least 1 year maintenance/construction experience required
-Be self-motivated and able to perform well with minimal supervision
Compensation:
$1,600/month
FREE RENT
Applicants must be over 18 and are subject to a background check.
