We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder with Thick Gauge Steel Experience to join our team at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating components using MIG welding techniques on thick gauge steel. Positions are on 2nd shift paying up to $25 an hour DOE.

Responsibilities:

· Weld and fabricate components using MIG welding techniques on thick gauge steel.

· Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate welding and fabrication.

· Ensure proper operation and maintenance of welding equipment and tools.

· Monitor welding performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality output.

· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· At least 2 years of experience in MIG welding with thick gauge steel.

· Strong knowledge of welding techniques and materials.

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

· Proficiency in the use of welding equipment and tools.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

· Strong physical dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods of time.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
