Kaliwa is looking for sociable and experienced BARTENDERS to join our team!

As a bartender you will oversee daily bar operations and be responsible for preparing and serving drinks. You must be able to make classic drinks, and our in-house specialty cocktails + have the knowledge to help develop new innovative seasonal beverages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Present bar menu
• Interact with guests, take orders and serve food to the bar area.
• Evaluate guests' needs and make recommendations accordingly.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Ensure the bar area is organized, clean and efficient at all times.
• Stay guest focused and facilitate an excellent guest experience.
• Remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

• Prior and relevant working experience as a bartender a must!
• Excellent understanding of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Social awareness, ability to carry on a conversation.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• Relevant training certificate
• Focus and Multitasking

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per week
