The Role
This position provides excellent customer service for Lumen's top revenue generating customers throughout the lifecycle of client implementation projects.
The Main Responsibilities
- Manages the Green and Yellow Project Coordination (PC) teams and associated Supervisors.
- Leads the team, drives ownership and urgency to support customer experience and manages the provisioning process, local and national, to support on time delivery of customer services.
- Provides read outs to Senior leadership
- Reporting Regular status updates
- Process improvements and tracking of common errors for improvement
- Partners across functional work streams to ensure customer needs are addressed.
- Builds partnerships with all departments including Provisioning, SalesSales Support, Network, Human Resources, Labor Relations, and Operations etc.
- Leads the team in developing a culture of respect and collaboration.
- Establishes and assures adnce to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements.
- Monitors order volumes across queues and workload balancing.
- Establishes, implements, and maintains administrative and technical procedures to ensure prompt detailed service delivery to customers.
- Monitors the selection, development and evaluation of personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
- Maintains an understanding of Business Solutions products and order process as well as technical side of the ordering and provisioning process.
- Fosters an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
- Models Unifying Principles consistently.
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience. Typically with 5-7 years related experience.
- Leadership, coaching, collaboration, conflict management, negotiation, partnership, problem solving and innovation skills.
- Strong communication skills listening, oral, written and presentation.
- Self starter with desire to innovate.
- Reporting, metrics and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage change, multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
- Experience that demonstrates knowledge of Business products and services.
- Must have MS Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years previous manager level leadership experience preferred
- Supervisory skills and performance management
- Minimum eight years industry experience
- ProcessProductSystem knowledge (QCC, SFA, QC, LC Ensemble)
- Understanding of business process improvement
- Understanding of systems development lifecycle and experience with leveraging systems to drive automation and process efficiency

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
