Seeking Sublease Agreement

We are holistic wellness/mental health therapy practice that provides our community with compassionate, culturally responsive, trauma informed counseling services.

Our mission is to thoughtfully guide the whole person on their journey to find clarity and mental wellness by providing exceptional holistic care. We are seeking to add Clinical Therapists (LISW, LMHC, LMFT, LMSW, Temps welcome -- On-site supervisor available for temps) to our team of highly skilled clinicians. Our office is a highly visible, conveniently and centrally located, established office in West Des Moines directly off of I-235 on the 8th st/73rd street exit.

This position is not for employment, but as a renter in a beautiful office space that offers the opportunity to develop a private practice in an established team setting. The ideal candidate should be one of like mind, and a licensed clinician who possesses excellent professional training, experience in clinical skills, along with the values of compassion and integrity in working with clients. We offer resources, referral and support for those transitioning into a private practice, from creating and strategizing an LLC to the ins and outs of insurance.

We believe in the work, life balance. It's important to take care of yourself! Create your own schedule. The therapist would be able to organize their own schedule, caseload, and clientele. Be your own boss in a community environment with mental health professionals. We help you build your caseload to keep you rolling! We are receiving more requests for counseling than we can handle and would love to talk with you!

Requirements

LMFT, LCSW, LMHC. LMSW or licensed PhD/PsyD that is active and in good standing.
Able to practice in the state of Iowa. Temps welcome - On-site supervisor available for temps.

Maintain malpractice insurance.

Ability to provide high-quality care with a high level of empathy and cultural humility.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
