LSSI is hiring a full-time Mental Health Program Supervisor. Provide oversight and clinical/administrative supervision to clinicians in the MH OP program. Responsible for monitoring all billing and compliance issues and work with clinicians and billing dept. to ensure compliance.

Essential Functions:

  • Supervise and monitor staff/manage compliance and clinical issues.
  • Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards.
  • Interview and onboard all new staff, provide clinical oversight.
  • Adherence to ethical standards of treatment.
  • Provide services in a culturally sensitive environment.
  • Provide LCSW/LCPC and clinical supervision to Clinicians in the MH OP program.
  • Review all documentation to ensure compliance with Rule 140/132.
  • Trained and demonstrates competency in Electronic Health Record and IM CANS. Ensure compliance of IM CANS with clinical staff/student interns.
  • Provide clinical supervision for licensure to staff toward LCSW/LCPC.
  • Involved in the hiring and supervision of all clinical staff.
  • Represent the agency in the community to promote referrals and advocate for program.

Position Qualifications:

  • LCSW required.
  • Must have 1-3 years experience in social services.
  • Must have experience working with C&A and adult population.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish speaking preferred.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills.
