Rapidly Expanding Tele-counseling Opportunity (Remote Position)

We are actively hiring for clinicians licensed in Arizona, California, Utah, Texas, and New York!!!

**Sign On Bonus Now being offered with two-year commitment: $3600 for independent license**

*** Additional Performance Bonuses also now being offered at 1 year and every 6 months thereafter***

Ascend Healthcare provides specialty psychiatric medication management, counseling services, peer support and social determinants of health focused case management to patients throughout Arizona. Our organization embeds these services within other entities to create behavioral health resources in a seamless and collaborative patient environment.
Our counselors treat all mental health disorders to a patient population age 6 and up. Our philosophy is to incorporate all areas of care into a patient's wellbeing. We believe in a “no wrong door” treatment model which finds ways to say “yes” to any patient referral rather than a multitude of exclusionary criteria found elsewhere.

We are looking for tele-counselors to join our team!!! Our programs have co-located medical, dental and psychiatry services along with an integrated Electronic Medical Record system.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $80,000-$85,000 (independently licensed)

*Up to $5,000 increase in base pay for Bilingual Therapists (Spanish)*

Bonus Potential: upwards of $15,000-$20,000 per year (based on quality of care delivered, team approach to services and performance factors)

**Must be licensed in AZ, CA, UT, or NY, or willing to obtain licensure in one of those states**

Minimum Qualifications
Education:

• Master's (Required)

License/Certification:

• Active Arizona, Utah, California, or New York Mental Health License (LPC/LCSW/LMHC)
