• Assist the MCD and/or Director of Resident Care with planning, coordinating, and running all Memory Care programs.
• Lead 6-7 high quality, innovative programs per day.
• Incorporate the individuality, diversity, and spirituality of all residents when planning programs and celebrating holiday functions.
• Develop relationships and connections with residents to encourage resident participation in programs and events.
• Implement and monitor programs and processes to promote excellence in programming while maintaining a high level of resident and family satisfaction.
• Partner and coordinate with the entire community programming team on Theme planning and bridging programs.
• Organize and develop the monthly programming calendar and needed supplies.
• Observe residents’ function and behavior to report any significant changes or concerns to Director of Memory Care and/or Director of Resident Care.
• Follow departmental budget guidelines.
• Utilize and connect with local community resources.
• Plan and schedule weekly outings.
• Complete necessary training and insurance requirements to drive company vehicle.
• Leads by example exhibiting the CORE Values through servant leadership.
• Encourages teamwork and promotes company philosophy.
• Attends required community meetings.
• Completes all required courses in adherence with state regulations and Relias Learning.
