As a Member Services Attendant, your goal will be to provide exceptional experiences, communication, and memories for members, guests, and prospects prior to, during, and after their visit.

Responsibilities

• Create and update a list of trusted local area vendors, stores, and services to recommend to members/guests when requested.
• Assist Member Services Manager as needed
• Create itineraries, and coordinate transportation needs, reservations, and activities for members, guests, and visitors and with appropriate departments or vendors.
• Meet members/guests upon arrival and departure.
• Create and provide reports related to specific departments, including a daily report on onsite activity and an up-to-date 10-day forecast of visits and special requests.
• Create and maintain member profiles and preferences in Jonas.
• Create and update written communication and visual guides including calendars, amenity lists, staff listings, bios, and photos.
• Work closely with Sales to create exceptional experiences for prospects/visitors.
• Work with General Manager and Public Relations team to promote positive experiences, including photography.
• Assist in the golf retail shop as needed.
• Assist Food & Beverage with special events as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Prior experience and proven success in the hospitality or service industry are strongly preferred.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate computer and communication platforms (i.e Jonas, TeamUp, & Open Table.)
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays and a shift greater than eight (8) hours in length.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; additional languages preferred.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than four (4) hours, and lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
