P/T 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
P/T 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
F/T 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Position include working every other weekend and every other holiday

Duties:

  • · Administers medications and treatments to residents as ordered. Documents medication administration and treatments in the Electronic Health Record program (EHR).
  • Complies with regulatory guidelines related to PA Department of Human Services Medication Administration initial coursework and renewals.
  • Assumes charge responsibility for the unit for scheduled shift ensuring that the unit operates smoothly.
  • Reports incidents and changes of condition to the PC Administrator or designee in a timely manner.
  • Completes incident and/or change of condition reports in a timely manner.
  • Reorders medications, treatment, and nursing supplies.
  • Ensures concerns/complaints from residents and/or responsible parties are addressed initially and communicated to PC Administrator for follow-up and resolution.
  • Documents all care in respective resident’s chart.
  • Responds appropriately to any emergency or disaster event.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all residents’ care information, including protected health information, in accordance with HIPAA and other federal and state regulations.
  • Identifies resident care needs and provides care according to the respective individual support plan.
  • Completes all activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.) in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Performs all tasks in a safe manner adhering to all safety policies/standards.
  • Represents Londonderry Village in a manner that conveys professionalism and courtesy to all individuals.
