Certified Lab Technician (MLT/CLS/MLS) - Maple Grove

Reproductive Medicine & Infertility Associates is an IVF/Infertility Specialty Clinic looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented MLT/CLS looking to be part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday (~ 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m)

Location: Maple Grove primary; with some travel to clinics in Woodbury and Edina

Experienced MLT wanted: Full time lab position in an infertility practice seeks experienced certified MLT with phlebotomy experience for Mon-Fri 6:30 am- 3:00pm with occasional weekends. Lab tasks include phlebotomy, semen analysis, intrauterine insemination preparations, hemoglobin’s and running specimens on a chemistry analyzer. Must possess good communication skills and attention to detail. Maple Grove primary; with some travel to clinics in Woodbury and Edina; training in Woodbury. Please attach resume.

Responsibilities include:

· Andrology - perform semen analysis, sperm preparations for insemination, read sperm morphology

· Process samples to run on a chemistry analyzer

· Perform daily QC and preventive maintenance

· Room patients for collections

· Strong Phlebotomy skills -prefer 2 years of daily phlebotomy

· Process blood samples for in house and reference laboratory testing

Educational Requirements

· Graduate of an Accredited School with Certification

· Excellent clinical, interpersonal and communication skills
