Medical Social Worker (MSW) - Home Health
Job description
Discover a new lane in social work that brings hope to patients enduring difficult health issues. As a Home Health Medical Social Worker for Interim HealthCare®, you’ll visit patients and families in their homes and connect them to the resources, counseling and support they need to rise above their challenges and live their best. The MSW will service the Greater New Hampshire area. The MSW is required to have an Independent Clinical Social Worker License in the State of New Hampshire.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (Flexible days if desired!)

Job Requirements of the Independent Clinical Social Worker:
- Master or doctoral prepared graduate with a degree in social work from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
- Valid Independent Clinical Social Worker License in the State of New Hampshire Required
- One year of social work experience in a healthcare setting
- Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
