Job Summary: We are searching for a full-time Medical Scheduler to work for our medical clinic partners. Schedulers will have the task of making sure their assigned clinic’s schedule stays full. This position is not a traditional scheduling position and will require candidates with a strong personality, persuasiveness, and motivation to succeed! We are looking for an ambitious scheduler who loves to make more money $$$ through commission. Are you the “Leader of the Pack” among your peers? If so, then this may be the job for you!

Our ideal candidate will enjoy working in a goal-oriented environment; must have advanced computer and communication skills, be detail-oriented, positive, self-directed, and independent.

Essential Functions:
  • Work closely with clinic staff and proactively implement and execute scheduling processes.
  • Occasionally handles inbound and outbound calls regarding appointments.
  • Schedule patient diagnostic appointments by determining available appointment openings.
  • Reschedule canceled and no-show appointments.
  • Responsible for collecting patient insurance information for verification purposes.
  • Work closely with Microsoft Office systems: Excel, Word, OneDrive, Teams, etc.
  • Responsible for entering data into various electronic systems, as well as maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain professional conduct and appearance in workplace settings.
  • Complete other assigned duties as designated by management.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
  • May occasionally be required to report to the office for training, meetings, or other tasks.
  • Regularly required to sit or stand.

Education and Experience:
  • Computer Proficient - Advanced.
  • Customer Service - 2 years.
  • Ambitious outgoing personality.
  • Communication Skills: Genuine, clear, unreserved, persuasive.
  • Sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
  • Required: Bilingual in Spanish
  • Preferred: Sales experience.
  • Preferred: EMR system knowledge.
  • Preferred: Medical office experience, but not required.

Commission:
  • $2 per each patient scheduled and successful completes Health Grades Analytics program.
