Compensation and Schedule for the Medical Appointment Scheduler

Medical Appointment Scheduler – Full-time, onsite, $17-$19 per hour, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Join a busy and friendly work environment!

Required Qualifications of the Medical Appointment Scheduler

• 1+ year recent medical call center or scheduling experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities of the Medical Appointment Scheduler

• Answer inbound calls, between 60-80 calls per day
• Schedule and reschedule appointments for multiple specialties
• Update all existing patient information
• Enter new patients' information
• Assist patients with directions to clinics
• Answer patient questions
• May also triage to the correct department
