Job Title: Medical Representatives
Duration: 5+mos
Location: San Diego, CA
Education:
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
Work Shift: Work Shifts will vary. Contingent workers must be available morning, day and evening shifts between the hours of 6:45 am to 10:45 pm. (Contingent workers must have flexibility to work any swing shift, weekends included)
The schedule could change week to week, however, contingent workers are given a week advance notice of the new schedule.

Experience Required:
1+yrs of clerical/administrative/receptionist/healthcare/medical/customer service
Previous cash-handling a plus+
Experience/familiarity with EPIC, health connect would be a plus++
Top Daily Responsibilities:
Patient Check In & Out (using in-house healthcare systems)
Cash-handling
Answering multi-phones
Greeting & directing patients.
Assisting patients on the Self-Service Kiosk
Communicating with other departments and buildings.
Top (3) Required Skills Candidate Should Have:
Strong computer skills
Ability to adapt and be empathetic to patients
Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment
Specific Systems Knowledge Required:
Proficient with MS office suite and other computer applications
