We are a highly recognized Gynecology and Aesthetics practice located in Rancho Bernardo area, seeking a motivated front desk receptionist whose duties will include but are not limited to the following:

Answering phones

Insurance verification

Authorizations

Collecting payments

Scheduling and confirming appointments

Greeting patients

Checking patients in and out

Requirements:

Experience in a medical practice . Willing to train the right candidate

Basic knowledge of medical terminology

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic computer skills required

Outstanding customer service skills

Professional appearance

OB/GYN practice experience a plus

Allscripts experience a plus

Bilingual a plus

Must be flexible, responsible, reliable and punctual.

Must be a team player.

Immediate start.
