Dermatology practice is looking for an positive, enthusiastic, team oriented Medical Receptionist at Ridgewood and Oakland locations looking for long term employment.

The ideal candidate would have more than 2 years experience working in a physician/dermatology office.

Receptionist must be well versed in Technology as we are a paperless office.

Must be available to work Monday through Saturday all shifts.

Duties include:

Front Desk Reception

Providing excellent customer service with a smile.

Communicating with patients using online platform Klara.

Obtaining all patient information through our contactless system.

Making appointments within the parameters of each doctors preferences.

Answering a high volume of phone calls quickly and efficiently.

Scanning documents.

Confirming Appointments.

Distributing electronic faxes.

And all other duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate is

Experience in Medical Reception

A Team Player, organized and excellent at multitasking

Has Outstanding communication skills

Experienced with EMR and practice management systems. EMA and Mod MedPM preferably.
