The Position:
Serves adult and pediatric patients by providing them with a warm greeting and helping them with general office support. Responsible for maintaining a calm and efficient environment for fielding phone calls, answering patient questions, scheduling new and follow-up appointments, collecting payments, registering new patients, and updating records.

The Location:
ONE Health Ohio has a Front Desk Receptionist position available at our Lloyd Front Desk.
The flexibility to be able to float as needed to our locations in Youngstown, Warren, and Newton Falls is a must.

Preferred Education/Experience:
Patient check-in/out
Completing new patient profiles
Insurance information verification
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Healthcare experience desired
NextGen experience desired
CPR or ability to obtain
