We need a dedicated Medical Patient Services Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting patients, answering phones, organizing appointments, and informing them about services, treatments, and procedures in this job.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones, take messages, and reply to patient queries.Make appointments, check insurance coverage, and collect co-payments.
Input patient data into the medical records database.
Aid with the registration and check-in processes.
Give patients with information regarding treatments, services, and procedures.
Help with any additional administrative tasks that arise.
An annual salary of $75,000 to $85,000
A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
Prior customer service and/or medical office experience is preferred.
Good communication and customer service abilities
Working ability in a fast-paced setting
Understanding of medical terminology as well as insurance policies
Computer and medical software program proficiency
