We are a fast paced office looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team! Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the clinic’s operations, including but not limited to front office functions and staff, oversight of clinical staff and scheduling, patient flow, patient satisfaction, resource allocation, etc. The Coordinator is the leader of his/her clinic and is responsible for daily operations and utilizing reports and individual skills to continuously improve KPIs. The Coordinator is the point person for all internal and external patients and vendors. We offer upward mobility in a regional growing organization.

Reports To: Office Manager and Regional Manager

Location(s): Skokie and surrounding suburbs

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES May Include but are not limited to:

Practice Operations:

  • Serve as the liaison and primary channel of communication between office providers and support staff, pharmaceutical reps, and vendors.
  • Lead efforts to support our patient experience and employee satisfaction programs.
  • Assist the Director of Systems and Provider Administration in the orientation and on-boarding of new providers and support staff.
  • Maintain required inventory of supplies for office and monitor the orders and expenditures.
  • Recommends, develops, implements improvements for the practice.
  • Works with Regional Manager to support the needs of regulatory agencies and promote company policies.
  • Manage daily operations, efficiency and productivity within assigned offices.

Personnel Management:

  • Supported by IDI Management, develops employees by fostering a team-driven environment; provide coaching in a positive manner in effort to maintain and build self-esteem and competence to help employees achieve their maximum potential and contribution.
  • Within organizational guidelines, perform necessary actions to hire, train and review office staff.
  • Utilize IDI corporate staff to assist in performance improvement plans, grant promotions, etc.
  • Support a positive, inclusive work culture.

Experience:

1-4 years prior management experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is required.

Knowledge of health insurance policies and regulatory compliance requirements specific to healthcare settings is required.

Knowledge and utilization of EMR, medical coding and billing relevant to practice.

Experience managing providers and staff is preferred.

Experience managing a clinic or practice expenses.

Proven track record in increasing patient satisfaction.

Interest in managing multiple health clinics preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,760.00 - $52,000.00 per year
