Job description
Our client, specializes in engineering and manufacturing equipment for complex and highly specialized food and other industry processes. They are currently looking for a Mechanical Repair Technician to troubleshoot and repair/rebuild Ishida weigher components.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Assemble production components using drawings
- Components include Drive Units, Calculation Units, Power Supplies, Inverters, and Vacuum Pumps.
- Use power screwdriver, ruler, solder iron, clamp machine, heat gun, vise, solder pot, crimpers, pinning machine, and automatic wire strippers.
- Cleans parts prior to production.
- Identify wires of basic color code sequence.
- Create work instructions and bills of material and complete reports.
Qualifications:
- Two years of experience.
- Understand assembly drawings.
- Use mechanical and electrical measuring equipment.
