As a Mechanical Maintenance Operations Technician III, you will be a key member of our team in the Maintenance Department and in assisting in providing excellent customer service to every visitor.
Job Duties include but are not limited to maintaining:

Job Duties include but are not limited to maintaining:
- Air Conditioner Units
- Heating
- Refrigeration
- Ventilation
- Electrical Systems
- and Performing Other Duties as Assigned
- Leadership
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts/hours based on guest needs.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Ability to work on your own or in team

Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION: High school graduate.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Four years of experience in the maintenance or repair of air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, ventilation, or electrical systems.
Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: Formal training in one of the above or related fields will substitute for the experience on a year-for-year basis.
Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Experience in one of the above or related fields will substitute for the education on a year-for-year basis.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (AGE, LICENSURE, REGULATION, ETC.): Must be 18 years of age.
Working Conditions
May be required to take care of emergency repairs twenty-four hours a day.
Probationary Period
This job has an initial and promotional probationary period of 6 months, except as provided in KRS 18A.111.
