Job description
SummaryThis position REQUIRES a working knowledge of small engines. Perform routine engine maintenance, such as lubricating parts and replacing spark plugs. Test and inspect engines for malfunctioning parts. Work on Stihl and Ego products under warranty. Stihl certification/training provided by Simpson’s if not already certified. Must help customers in other departments and work on the sales floor.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a timely matter and provide outstanding customer service
- Meet deadlines and manage customer expectations with repairs
- Help locate and demonstrate product to customers
- Be a product “expert” through ongoing product knowledge training
- Restock merchandise as required
- Keep work area clean, neat, fronted and well stocked
