* Current term until 5/26, 2nd -7th grade: Mon - Fri 3:30 - 5:30pm (It is possible that we can reschedule classes to start a little later like Mon - Fri 4:30 - 6:30pm)

* Summer term (5/29-7/21), each level meets twice a week and possible meeting times are Mon-Fri 1:15-3:15pm, 3:45-5:45pm, and 6:15-8:15pm.

*** THIS IS A PERMANENT YEAR-ROUND POSITION.

Our education center has been helping students excel for over 30 years. We offer after-school enrichment classes for bright and motivated students in elementary through high school. Courses include math, English, science, and SAT preparation. We're looking for talented and enthusiastic teachers to join a team that genuinely cares about the learning and development of its students.

Math Instructor (elementary - junior high):

* We are seeking a math instructor capable of teaching elementary through junior high level math classes.

* We take pride in the quality of our classes, and we train and support our teachers extensively.

* We will provide the curriculum and weekly assignments. You may need to revise and develop additional curriculum.

* Students are grouped by grade level and meet once a week. Class size can range from 10 to 24 students.

Math Teacher Requirements:

* BA/BS (prefer math/science degree) and at least 6 months of classroom experience teaching math

* Prefer someone with experience teaching Algebra I or higher level math

* MUST be willing to commit to teach through at least August 2023

Hours/Pay:

* Part-time: $35 - $40/hr for teaching. 6hrs+ of teaching. $15.50/hr for editing and curriculum development

* Current term until 5/26, 2nd-7th grade: Monday - Friday 3:30-5:30pm. It is possible that we can reschedule classes to start a little later like Mon - Fri 4:30 - 6:30pm.

* Summer term (5/29-7/21), each level meets twice a week and possible meeting times are Mon-Fri 1:15-3:15pm, 3:45-5:45pm, and 6:15-8:15pm.

* Summer break (2 weeks 7/22 - 8/6)

* Fall Schedule (starts 8/7): Possible class times Mon-Fri 3:30-5:30 or 6:00-8:00pm

* No work to take home! Teach 1-2 classes/day (2 hrs each). You will be compensated for time spent editing homework and tests.

* No weekends required
