Job Specifications

• Forklift experience/knowledge

Accountable for utilizing safe and proper methods when handling or moving material throughout the plant.Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Scale production material
• Enter routing sheet information after each operation in database and on routing sheet
• Make necessary adjustments or corrections to routing sheet and database as instructed by supervisor
• Move/unload packaging material as instructed by supervisor
• Move material to and from specified departments and routing scale;from one location to another per instructions given by Production Router or Supervisor
• Receive and unload trucks with material/zinc
• Maintain scrap material with corresponding paperwork and prepare for return to supplier
• Report quantity concerns, changes and changes in operation to supervisor
• Report any lost or improperly completed routing sheets to supervisor
• Die Cast Machine Operator backup

You should be proficient in:

• Forklift Licensed
• Packaging Experience
• High School / GED
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Shop Math Skills
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

Salary info:

$19.89 - $19.89 / hr
