• Receive Materials; inspect according to procedures, documents inspection, such as pack lists, invoices and orders to reconcile bill of lading and inventory. Notify any discrepancy to the supervisor immediately.
• Responsible to maintain inventory records and accuracy. Perform inventory and cycle count as require.
• Dispatch raw, part, tools and supplies to the different departments following First in – First out (FIFO) method.
• Based on priorities provided prepare shipping orders, verify quantities, documentation, certification and labeling and notify to supervisor any discrepancies prior to shipping.
• Record all receipt, distribution, shipments per procedure.
• Prepare of shipping documents require by carriers and prepare packages to prevent product damages.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the assigned equipment, systems, work station and area following best practices.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned

• Minimum Associate degree with at least 3 years related experience in material handling, shipping & receiving.
• Intermediate understanding of mathematics
• Intermediate to Advanced Word, Excel, Power Point, and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy and ability to detect errors on documents
• Ability to perform data entry of information fast and error free
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and influence teams to exceed expectations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus
• Experience in the use of fork lifts or able to be certified
• Experience with JobBoss, Spreadsheet and material requisition system is a plus
• Interest in learning and continued professional growth
• Must be flexible and willing to learn all duties of the department
• Ability to work in a fast paced production driven environment
• Ability to perform in a regulated work environment, cGMP, ISO and other applicable Standards

Material Handler is responsible to receive materials, tools, equipment and supplies. Store and distribute the same to the different departments. Prepare and complete shipments to customers. Record all transactions in the system. Work in an efficient and organized manner under minimal supervision. Employee must comply with company quality standards and guidelines.
