Responsibilities
The Triangle Program at HRI Hospital offers both Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). Services include short-term intensive group therapy geared towards the unique mental health needs of the adult LGBTQIAA+ population. Common issues addressed include, but are not limited to, mood instability, stress, anxiety, depression, disorganized thinking, trauma, co-occurring addictions, and gender dysphoria. Participants attend group therapy sessions, meet with a clinician for individual counseling and case management needs, and a psychiatric prescriber for medication management.

HRI Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Coordinator for the Triangle Partial Hospitalization Program. This is a Monday through Friday salaried position. *Sign on Bonus*

As a Clinical Coordinator, you will:
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments
- Lead therapy groups
- Document clients’ treatment
- Complete diagnostic assessments
- Provide crisis intervention
- Provide milieu management
- Provide clinical support and observation of clinical interns

Requirements
- Master’s Degree in counseling, social work or related field
- At least 1-2 years in clinical coordinating role - preferably in PHP or IOP, outpatient counseling, inpatient care coordination, and/or experience in working with the adult LGBTQIAA+ population
- Preferred LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC and experience in substance use counseling
