Make your mark. If you’ve been thinking about taking advantage of the hot job market to improve your work/life balance, be part of a team where your skills are understood and valued, or just want to do the work you love, read on. Our dedicated team of industry strategists play a key role in helping their assigned practice area(s) drive brand and marketplace growth. We seek experienced candidates who have passion for B2B marketing and collaborating closely with business development and client service professionals to win business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.

This position is part of the marketing organization’s Go to Market Team, a 25-member group responsible for driving Firm strategy, brand, and marketplace growth.

What does diversity, equity, and inclusion mean to Plante Moran? It means that all staff members have equitable and fair opportunities to succeed, in an inclusive environment, with their individual, unique identities.

Plante Moran enjoys a “Workplace for Your Day” model which, simply put, means no one knows the best place for you to physically work better than you. Our staff choose their work location based on their individual day’s needs and gives them the flexibility they need when they need it. If staff need to go into the office to collaborate, the space is there, and if they have a day where they need to focus alone, then staying home works just fine, too.

Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Support the Industry Marketing Manager on the execution of the sector’s integrated brand, demand generation, and sales enablement strategies.
  • Help execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that effectively build brand relevance, advance relationships with target audiences, and drive demand. Leverage analytical tools and insights to report on marketing program performance, communicate results, and optimize buyer journeys.
  • Support the execution of thought leadership strategy. Work closely with firm subject matter experts and digital and communications functions to create and extend content across all relevant channels (digital, social media, video, webinar, sponsored conferences and trade shows, etc.).
  • Take a lead project management role for the successful execution of the sectors overall events strategy, including digital, hybrid, and in-person events. Work collaboratively with the events center of excellence to deliver unique, firm-hosted Health Care events and activations. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key external association partners to build the Plante Moran brand.
  • Help research, develop, and manage the sector’s overall target account list. Support the implementation of lead generation, nurturing, and sales enablement programs while reporting on program effectiveness.
  • Participate actively and effectively with sector leadership to support strong collaboration through regular calls and meetings, best practices, and networking.
  • Support cross-functional marketing team collaboration, including key annual initiatives, special projects, professional development, training, and team building

The qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3+ years relevant experience required; experience in professional services marketing would be preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) disciplines, business-to-business marketing and communications.
  • Strong listening, interpersonal and decision-making skills. Able to confidently present complex ideas and provide alternative solutions to executive stakeholders.
  • Adept at managing multiple concurrent marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of marketing project management and automation tools.
