• 
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant education or experience
• Experience in program planning and organization or a combination of equivalent education/experience
• Experience with printed and electronic materials
• Computer software skills with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferences:

• Experience in social media and website design
• SiteCore website design experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works with the Program Coordinator to create social media posts, content and layouts for departmental publications including newsletters, and materials for physicians, services and events.
• Creates internal research recruitment materials including flyers for clinical trials and studies.
• Coordinates research and education updates for department website.

• Designs invitations and material for department events, signage, and donor marketing;
• Works with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure donors are properly acknowledged and recognized on the annually updated department donor wall display;
• Designs internal research recruitment materials including flyers for studies; coordinates research and education efforts for department website.
• Supports referral physician events quarterly and maintains master physician database.

• Provides photography services as well as photography coordination for events, publications, and digital artwork.
• Provides internal photography for events, publications, and website.

• Acts as a liaison between marketing team and promotional companies in creating/purchasing gifts for guests and donors of department events, and works with marketing team and printing company in coordinating print production for marketing materials and publications
• Creates marketing material as needed by department physicians and chair that aids in enhancing our goals, mission, and reputation.
• Maintains master physician database and supports referral physician quarterly events.
• Tracks grateful donor outreach projects to recognize and engage with current and potential donors.
• Creates development acknowledgments and all updates to the Annual Honor Roll and the Havener Society onsite and online.
