About The Opportunity


Camp Bow Wow Franchising is hiring for a Marketing Specialist to partner with the Sales team to execute marketing initiatives that produce franchise leads and sales. This position is responsible for creating and coordinating the B2B marketing strategy that encompasses but not limited to advertisements, email campaigns, social media, blog post, and published articles. The ideal candidate has proven success in B2B marketing techniques and meets key deliverables through superior vendor management and internal coordination. They contribute to Camp Bow Wow's success by generating leads, closing sales, and understanding Camp Bow Wow target prospect.


How You Will Make a Difference

  • Develop, execute and report results on franchise development advertising and marketing strategy to drive qualified leads.

  • Manage and coordinate updates to franchise development marketing tools, including but not limited, to franchise development website, Executive Summary and trade booth.

  • Manage franchise development marketing budget, ensuring budget and timeline adherence for projects and deliverables.

  • Enhance touchpoints to prospects via timely, automated communications.

  • Work with creative team to refresh franchise development assets on regular basis.

  • Work with digital team to plan and execute franchise development social media publishing.

  • Review pre-written and/or write emails, blogs and articles related to franchise development.

  • Facilitate market research to improve understanding of target prospect.

  • Work closely with public relations firm to garner coverage in relevant trade, business or industry publications.

  • Coordinate submissions of industry awards.


A Strong Candidate Will Have

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of marketing experience. Franchise and B2B marketing experience preferred

  • Experience managing vendor partners and working with cross-functional teams

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Team player with great attitude willing to learn and grow

  • Minimal but some travel to franchising-related events or meetings may be required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation Range: $55,000 – $65,000 Annually

  • Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt

  • Work Arrangements: Hybrid, with the ability to work remote or at Corporate office in Westminster, CO
