Marketing Manager:


Denali is a national specialty waste and environmental services company providing service to repurpose various organic waste streams for food processors, water and wastewater plants, restaurants, and grocery stores, as a provider of essential sustainability and landfill diversion services to numerous Fortune 100 Companies, we plan an integral role in assisting firms in reaching their corporate ESG initiatives. Denali has experienced significant growth in the past 3 years and is positioned to continue the trajectory for many years and is looking to continue to build a team that can support the Company’s plans.


Job Purpose:

The Marketing Manager works in coordination with Denali leadership and sales teams to create and promote internal and external marketing content. This position is responsible for trade show coordination, webinars, web site content development and deployment, advertising and development of content with internal and external groups. The Marketing Manager also independently completes research projects and provides recommendations to support business development.

Specific Responsibilities


  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans to establish pathways for growth in both core and adjacent markets.
  • Content development like white papers, brochures, videos, sales presentations and more.
  • Independently research, analyze and present market and competitive intelligence data to be utilized by marketing and strategy team.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, and agency partners to support overall business and department objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects with competing and conflicting timelines and priorities.
  • Manage company website content development, support SEO campaign creation and execution, and long-term strategies.
  • Manage events such as webinars, trade shows, facility visits and round tables.
  • Prepares reports to track media activity, KPIs and other metrics that measure progress.

Skills/Requirements


  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including internationally.
  • 5 Years of Marketing or related experience bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Proficiency using business software including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Experience leading web content (WordPress experience a plus)
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change.
  • Ability to self-direct and self-start.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within the Marketing & Sales team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and move quickly from one project to another while maintaining and communicating project timelines and status.

Travel: Travel may be frequent depending on the job assigned.

Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
