Well established company that prepares and delivers licensing and certification exams for government and private organizations across the U.S. is seeking a Marketing Manager.

Founded in 2004, our company was built on the idea that reliable testing solutions should be available for everyone. Now, more than 17 years later, we are proud to offer innovative and accessible exam services to administrators and candidates across a variety of professions.

The Marketing Manager is an integral part of the organization, coordinating all marketing efforts across each area of the business. In a nutshell, this manager needs to be capable of running their own mini department, coordinating with various team members, strategizing content needs, and delivering high quality materials and messaging that maintain a positive brand image.


We’re looking for a confident leader and super-communicator who is comfortable collaborating with others and putting their thoughts into action. Our ideal candidate can take direction and run with it, is constantly looking for ways to improve, and is comfortable with the “creating” as well as “managing” of their various tasks.

Position Description

  • Key strategic leader in driving the company marketing strategy
  • Responsible for all content creation and brand management
  • Maintain consistent and professional online brand presence through the company website, Google Reviews, social media channels, etc.
  • Manage the creation of all marketing assets for both internal teams and external customers
  • Assist with product design and flow
  • Contribute to written RFPs and proposals
  • Coordinate all sponsorships including trade show appearances, displays, and handouts
  • Contribute to the improvement of existing processes, user experiences, and training procedures

Specific skill requirements:

  • Must be proficient in copywriting and editing
  • Management experience preferred
  • Experienced with Adobe products (Illustrator, Acrobat, and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office
  • WordPress experience preferred
  • An eye for design with the ability to provide constructive critiques and feedback
  • Experience contributing to and/or managing social media channels
  • Degree in marketing, advertising, design, copywriting, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience
