This position will support the market growth initiatives for Miltec UV and Miltec Battery developing strategy and executing marketing programs, all leading to the profitable growth of the company.

Marketing Manager

The marketing manager will be responsible for the development, project management and implementation of strategic and tactical marketing initiatives for Miltec UV and Miltec Battery. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with excellent communication skills, as well as excellent writing and copy-editing abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead market research efforts to generate insights, industry trends and target audiences to support Miltec’s overall strategic marketing plan
• Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives
• Oversee the implementation and execution of various efforts associated with marketing programs
• Coordinate initiatives across a wide variety of channels
• Evaluate results of various marketing programs
• Track the effectiveness and impact of marketing programs in achieving stated objectives
• Provide copywriting/editing as needed for marketing collateral, digital advertising, social media, speaking abstracts, and PR
• Launch campaigns in support of lead generation for sales
• Develop and implement social media campaigns that apply to market strategies
• Support company efforts to improve brand consistency and awareness
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with internal staff across all functions of the organization

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
• 5-8 years of experience in progressive marketing communication roles
• Fluency across multiple media/social media platforms
• Expert use of MS Office Suite
• Solid experience with CRM software and other marketing software and tools
• Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on results
• Leads the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration and leveraging internal processes

Preferred Requirements

• Strong marketing background in new product introduction to the marketplace, mostly consisting of industrial products and technology
• Detail-oriented, but also sees the big picture
• Autonomous/Independent decision maker
• Ability to travel as necessary
