Marketing Manager
Overview:
Halff’s Florida Marketing Manager will develop and lead the marketing program for Florida in cooperation with Halff’s Marketing Leadership and the Office Managers. This position will manage multiple Marketing Coordinators. In coordination with other Marketing Managers, this position will establish and balance workload for the preparation of statements of qualifications, proposals, and interviews. This position supports Halff’s leaders in implementing the marketing program at the local level. The position will develop marketing strategies and themes used in proposals and presentations. Provides training for Marketing Coordinators and serves as a mentor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, English, or similar degree
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience in the A/E/C industry
- Ability to plan, organize and direct marketing strategies for proposals and clients
- Proven history of offering strategy and direction for successful pursuits
- Demonstrated experience managing a team and ability to lead and influence excellent performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Review materials prepared by Marketing Coordinators and ensure responsive, compliant, and quality submittals
- Prepare presentations and collateral leave behind material and coach presentation team
- Energetic, self-starter, multi-tasker, organized, and detail-oriented
- Possess a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Ability to collaborate successfully with diverse personalities
- Strong InDesign and graphic design skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and PhotoShop
- Travel may be required, but minimal
