We are seeking an accomplished and talented individual with a passion for graphic design and event planning to join our dynamic real estate company. The ideal candidate should bring a unique perspective, innovative ideas, and a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in print and digital design, social media engagement, and content creation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop visually impactful graphics for social media campaigns, including "coming soon", "active", "under contract", and "sold" graphics that will enhance our brand image.
• Plan and execute professional, creative and memorable team milestone celebrations, to foster a positive company culture.
• Design effective testimonial graphics and video testimonials that effectively showcase our clients' satisfaction.
• Create high-quality stationery, multi-touch systems, direct mailing, and geographic farming materials that will stand out and attract attention.
• Plan and coordinate events, referral programs, open houses, and broker open houses that will positively impact client experience and build brand loyalty.
• Work closely with the executive team to plan, implement, and execute successful social media campaigns that will differentiate our brand from competitors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design and event planning, with a proven track record of success.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools, with bonus points for video editing experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
