Position Summary

The Marketing Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for our entire organization (including lines of business and brands within our organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This individual will be a strong business leader, is responsible for working with executive leadership and adjacent teams to achieve corporately targeted outcomes.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or other related fields
  • Proficiency using Hubspot, Google tools (Ads, Analytics, etc...), SEO, social media, and commercially utilized marketing platforms
  • Experience in B2B and B2C campaign creation
  • 7+ years of experience

Role and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all marketing activities for Freedom Healthworks and associated brands.
  • Evaluate, identify, and develop marketing strategies, based on established corporate objectives, market characteristics, and other environmental conditions.
  • Implement the strategy, promoting the business and its services.
  • Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
  • Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including service management, sales, and customer support.
  • Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of key campaigns.
  • Formulate, direct, and coordinate the activities of advertising vendors, or commonly used channel partners.
  • Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of Freedom Healthworks' marketing staff and oversee their daily activities.
  • Consult with the team on service development, features, and value proposition of today's and future service bundles.
  • Negotiate contracts with outside vendors to execute marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate or participate in promotional activities and/or trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, or team members to market products or services.
  • Initiate market research studies, or analyze their findings.
  • Conduct economic or commercial surveys to identify potential markets for services.
  • Advise business or other groups on a local and national level regarding factors affecting the buying or selling of company services.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and lead on marketing tactics.
  • Capacity to evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, conversion, and retention.
  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
  • Deep knowledge about the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in digital marketing, design, web design, production, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency.
  • Professional judgment and discretion that comes from experience in the field.
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
  • Ability to present solutions and measurable results.
