Currently, the Rental Marketing Manager is looking for an additional marketing coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator creates and posts Suncoast’s available rental properties throughout the state.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting daily audit of all available properties for rent
  • Coordinating marketing efforts for rental properties on various marketing platforms
  • Creating, publishing, and monitoring individual rental units currently on the market, including Multiple Listing Services (MLS)
  • Requesting, confirming, and implementing self-showing lockboxes onto units that are rent ready
  • Communicating with the leasing team about sources of rental applications
  • Creating and posting rental specials or other relevant information for Social Media posting
  • Ensuring that all properties which meet the ‘okay to show’ criteria are marketed in advance.
  • Researching new marketing trends to see the most efficient ways to generate interest and gain marketing attention
  • Working in our Property Management Software, ShowMojo, BuilderTrend and other marketing software/tools
  • Maintain regular communication with owners, prospects, and leasing agents as needed.
  • Utilization of all marketing platforms; email, social media, focused sales/leasing event campaigns
  • Occasional travel to rental units to check on the property, signage, and gather marketing images

Requirements:

  • Must be able to think both strategically and tactically
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Office Suite tools
  • Must have strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, along with a positive customer service attitude
  • High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) required
  • 2+ years of marketing experience required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience

Skills:

  • 2+ years experience with Microsoft Office Products
  • 1+ years experience with Canva and/or Photoshop
  • Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge about HUD/Section 8
  • Understanding of the rental market and real estate industry

$6,000 Bonus Potential

Work Environment: Indoor/Inside environment with temperature controls. Ability to travel to properties throughout Northeast Florida.

Physical Demands: Sedentary 50-75%, sitting/stationary at desk/cubicle with ability to move/traverse office/cubicle space and to/from office equipment and/or other office areas. Exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or using negligible amount of force infrequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects like parcels/paperwork. Repetitive motions/ Substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker must have close visual acuity to perform activities like preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards, monitors, and phone.
