About us: Tahoe Getaways is a local, upscale, professional, property management firm. We specialize in Vacation Rentals and Property Management in North Lake Tahoe & Truckee.

Scope/Duties:

• Develop marketing strategy for new properties, products, and offerings
• Implement the strategy through campaigns, events, PPC, SEM, digital marketing, email, social, PR, and OTA channels.
• Work closely with our Sales team to discuss objectives and create industry leading materials, & collateral
• Work closely with our Operations Team to onboard new properties. Create ad copy, coordinate photography, video, and other media .
• Ongoing management of property listings on TG and OTA sites (review management, amenities, photography as pertinent details change)
• Work closely with our Guest Services team to underscore our brand message is being translated to our guests
• Work directly with our Digital Partner on web and mobile tools
• Represent Tahoe Getaways as community & charity events
• Communicate with property owners to make sure our properties are staged and marketable to high standards
• Spearhead reputation management initiatives
• OTA distribution channel management
• Manage and assist in signage needs of business

Prerequisites:

• BS or higher in Marketing/Communications, English, or Journalism
• Minimum 3 years in Hospitality Tech, Vacation Rentals, Hotel, or OTA marketing

In addition to the above, an ideal candidate will be smart and creative with in-depth local knowledge of the Tahoe/Truckee area. Must be very tech savvy, and an excellent writer. Experience in photography and graphic design would be a huge plus.

Salary: $50-75k/yr DOE + perks. Full time
