Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering / bidding activities & pre-qualifications.
• Organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering / bidding activities and contract review.
• Communicate and coordinate customer requirements to various departments within the company and communicate with customers on queries and request for additional information.
• Gather and disseminate to management market intelligence information through media sources and provide Quarterly Market Reports.
• Assist in cultivating customer relationship and entertain potential customers.
• Organize and co-ordinate functions, ceremonies, brochures, press release, customer and investor relation matters where assign.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferably a Degree in Engineering Discipline.

Adequate technical knowledge of rigs, ships and offshore platforms.

Commercial knowledge and some understanding of contractual matters.

Good presentation, communication and organizational skills.

IT skills.

SKILLS

Proficient in MS Office: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, Multitasking, Problem Solving, Strong Interpersonal Skills, Positive Attitude, Communication Coordination, Teamwork, Planning and Organizational, Operations Analysis, Negotiation Skills
